Best haircut I got in a long time. Emily was very friendly and profesional. Is a bit stressful walking in a salon and don't know what kind of stylist you may get but my experience was much better than I expected. I'm very happy with my haircut and ready to celebrate new years thanks to Emily.

I have never been to your salon and my first cutting experience was very poor. My husband even cut better then the cut my son got today. So may I be honest, my son asked for the 4/5 cut and the finish of it looked poorly. The sides in the middle of the head suppose to blend in nicely but it was bad. And then the finish on the all around side of his head was not straight with a nice line. The haircut was so unprofessional and I was shock because your price is $19. We usually cut at a $7-$11 salon but we had a coupon that is why we end up at your salon. So a feedback, please make the $19 worth it because even if it was a coupon, I would have come back because of how professional it looks. Then when I came back for the fix, there was a a lady vacuuming stuff from the floor. She did not wash her hands. She immediately took the other customer with germs and unclean hands. Call me germs phobic bit I won’t not like it if someone touch my hair with germ hands/unclean. Gross but she was nice though because she assisted our problems with the bad haircut. Please don’t be hurt by my germs feedback but I wish salon people would wash hands including hair equipment before touch someone else’s hair. This experience can be a learning experience for both issues. Sorry if I sound too honest and want what I want but I feel we all work hard for our money so business in return, give us the fair treatment. At the end, one nice salon lady, fixed it exactly how it supposed to be. Thanks big time to Kania😘 My rating is 3’because of nice customer service and add maybe 1 more for the refix correctly.
